| Flats additional charges | This is updated when customer request for additional facilities like change in Flooring, fittings etc. In such cases these details are updated which helps to collect payment. | |
| Flats For Sale |
Manager has to approve each flat after verifying the cost and the square feet area defined against each flat. Once they are approved they are available for sale. and it can be booked. |

here all the booked flats and the payment details are listed. customer payment details, due to be paid etc are available. Once the payment is completed and registered, Manager has to mark the Flat as sold. |
