Marketing Module

This is used by the Marketing staff, call center persons, sales persons. Here all the details of the customer contacts are stored. It also keeps track of all the work done by the marketing persons. This consists of :
New Enquiries-	this is operated by customers, call center persons, sales persons. They enter the address of the customers and in remarks they enter the service required.
Sales Lead -	this is operated by sales persons. Here they call up to the customer and findout if there is any service required ( cold calls). If the customer is not interested then it is marked as deleted but the data remains in the database. If the customer shows interest then it is marked as prospective customer (short listing)
Prospective Customers -	sales persons operate this. Sales persons will contact the short listed persons, all the transaction/ follow-up details are updated
Customers -	once the order is placed they are considered as customers.
Customer Followup -	views the list of followup that the sales executive has to do wrt the date.
Bulk Mail :-	Standard mails are sent to all customers, non customers, both regarding new products, introduction letter etc.,
